1. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Fizzy Lizard does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
2. Children must be under 148cm (4'10") in height to play. Age restrictions are dependent on the play zone the child is in.
3. Please remove shoes before entering the indoor play area. Shoes must be worn in the outdoor play area. Belts, buckles, watches, jewellery and sharp objects are not allowed on the indoor play equipment. Spectacles must have shatterproof glass. Socks must be worn inside at all times.
4. Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area. Children who are unwell should not play on the equipment.
5. Play is restricted to two hours during peak times
6. We reserve the right to remove children from the play areas who are: fighting, bullying, throwing or damaging equipment, or climbing on the netted walls or play structure.
7. We recommend that children wear long sleeves and trousers. Football shirts/man-made clothing (eg nylon) are not recommended.
8. No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play area. For health and safety reasons, only food purchased at Fizzy Lizard may be consumed on the premises. Please report any spillages to a member of staff.
9. Please report any behavioural/safety/maintenance concerns to a member of staff.
10. Whilst every consideration has been given to the safety of the children, Fizzy Lizard cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of children playing on the equipment. Please report any accidents to staff who have access to first aid equipment. All accidents will be logged and we will endeavour to minimise the potential of re-occurance.
